I recently replaced my old, beat‑up gutters with new 6” gutters and Hydro Flo gutter guards, and honestly, the whole experience was fantastic. The crew showed up right on time, got straight to work, and the finished product looks clean and solid.

I held off on writing a review for about six weeks because I wanted to see how everything held up. Between mid‑November and the end of December, we got slammed with heavy rain, snow, and ice. The system handled all of it without a single issue. No overflow, no sagging, nothing. We even had high winds with leaves flying all over the place and nothing got through the gutter guards.

The team walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what they were doing. No pressure, no upselling, just quality work.

I had a nightmare situation after storm damage to my roof. After going through 5 contactors with no luck. I found Loyalty to Neighbors. They did a excellent beautiful job with the roof and room. The ceiling was falling in and water damage to the wall. Loyalty to Neighbors came to the rescue. They were Very professional. Work fast to resolve my nightmare. I can not express how wonderful this company is. They kept me updated. Move furniture as needed. You will not find a better contractor. I love the final job. Getting the right roof and siding company is perhaps the most important decision to be made. Companies can tell you anything, and sometimes without regard to truthfulness or accuracy. Hence, the significance of consumer feedback. This being said, know that you can rely on Loyalty to Neighbors. I find Mr. Hernandez and his company to be professional and approachable. Certainly there are other roofing and siding companies that are less expensive, but know that Mr. Hernandez Is a perfectionist and expects such from his employees. Without question, quality of work is a priority. Important to know, he does not utilize subcontractors. I am pleased with the work he provided for me and would hire them again.

Our home was damaged during one of the big rain and wind events this April. The winds tore the facia off the peak. I contacted the “Loyalty to Neighbor” company. This was the first time I have used them. The sent a representative out the same day. I was given a reasonable quote and they scheduled my repair the next day. When the crew came out to do the repair it was pouring rain. That didn’t phase this crew one bit. They got the job done and it looked fantastic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
